He was born in 1980 in Girne-TRNC.

He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in TRNC.

In 1997, after a short period of drawing education at Salih Oral workshop, he attended the exams of Hacettepe University Faculty of Fine Arts.

In 2001, he graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Fine Arts, Hasan Pekmezci workshop.

Although he started his graduate studies at Hacettepe University Faculty of Fine Arts in 2002, he left this education and returned to TRNC.

In 2004, he worked on many murals for Alanya Orient Palace and Antalya WOW hotels.

Between 2008-2009, he worked as a columnist in Çivi newspaper published weekly in TRNC.

In addition to painting, Mustafa Bilgi, who is also interested in photography, prefers to continue and publish his artistic works in the TRNC, although he has participated in 2 group painting exhibitions in Ankara.
